• Monitoring of the bidding process to screen contractor information & questions
• Review & submit approval of Contractor Payment Request
• Development of final punch list

PROGRAM MANAGEMENT

(This phase would be an alternate program to Construction Monitoring)
• Division of bidding documents for multiple proposals
• Coordination of all contractors
• Development of Critical Path Method (CPM) schedule for multiple contracts
